2010 Life Path Challenge

While in Armenia I drew this zentangle. I find them quite relaxing to do. Just google that word, zentangle and you'll find a lot of great drawing. If you look into it you'll also find that it is not difficult to do.

Question:
WHERE OR WHAT DOES YOUR DRIVE COME FROM?

Just click on the banner at the top to see all the entries for this challenge. Would love if you would also come play along with us. Nothing to sign up for. Just interpret the question and add your photo.

Zentangles like regular doodles seem to use a different part of the brain from ordinary sketching or painting. This is really beautiful. The zentangles I've done sometimes looked sinister! LOL!

Dear Coleen,
I just came over to say "hi" and hope that you are doing well!!! I love your lilies...that are beautiful! My husband and I tried to make organza roses tonight, but it didn't work...lol But, it was fun trying...I found out another method, so I will try it tomorrow.

How have you been? I hope the ladies from the church got to see themselves on the post...I'm sure they would have been very excited.
Please tell them "hi" for me.

Sending hugs your way,
Cindy

Coleen,

I see your butterfly and it inspire me to zentangle scene and animals. Your butterfly gives me wings.
Great and delicate work!

Hi Coleen,

I've heard of zentangle drawings but don't really know what they are. Now I'm going to go find out! I've never thought about where my drive to create comes from, but it's always there, no question. I guess I have a need to make something pretty out of something that's ugly or unwanted.......

I had no idea a zentangle could be in the shape of a butterfly. this would make a great rubber stamp! thebragal
