Looks familiar- love this technique so fun and every one is unique. Love it as a background but have seen it done over the top of a painting.

The alcohol/acrylics technique looks like so much fun. My husband uses the 91% for his nicks and scratches so we already have that. And I do have plenty of acrylics paints. Thanks for the tute.
