UKRAINIAN WINTER
Here's what winter looks like in Ukraine. The first is my front yard and then back yard both taken from my second floor window. The last is back yard from my kitchen on one of the few sunny days we had. In winter we can easily go 30 days with no sun. It's really a mixed bag, as the clouds keep things warmer. On the days when it is sunny, the temps drop way down. These are what it looked like when I left there 3 weeks ago and my husband says it has dropped much more since then. I return there on Sunday. After southern California it will be another adjustment, but I will be glad to be home, nonetheless.

Very pretty winter scenes. It doesn't feel like we've had any winter in Texas this year, although I've burned quite a bit of firewood.
Blessings,
Ava
Beautiful, beautiful, beautiful!!! A winter wonderland! We've had a bit of winter this year, a few cold, snowy days. Blessings as you return home. :-)
Your pictures are beautiful. A cup of tea is required as one takes in that view. :)
Beautiful! We haven't had much of a winter here in Maine, USA. Expecting about 6" over the next 24 hours.
Wow those are gorgeous pictures.
I live in Southern California so I couldn't even picture living in snow like that.
