Botanic Journal Page ~ Ukraine

"She who has beautiful roses in her garden, must have beautiful roses in her heart."  A journal page I did.  The fern and rose petals are dried material from my yard.  The rose tickets at the bottom are from the Botanical Garden in Kiev, Ukraine near where we live.  We enjoyed a visit there this past summer.  I used stamping, sprays and paints to do my background.  Hope you like it.  Let me know what you think.

Very beautiful, Coleen. The colors are as alive as I'm sure the botanical garden was.

Love the colors but especially the real dried pressed leaves and flowers! Beautiful! Gardens and flowers are so inspiring for art work aren't they? Hugs! :-)

You are so right, Dee. I love using God's natural elements. I"m always pressing more than I know what to do with. Just can't help it.
