HERITAGE SERIES - ATC (WOYWW)

I've been doing a series of vintage artist trading cards so this one is for the category of families. If you notice to the right is a tent. The were camping on their way to California in the 30's. Someone told it reminded them of a "Grapes of Wrath" scene.

    I am totally getting that grapes of wrath vibe. The lacy in the bottom is a nice touch. Lovely work.

    I actually have family pictures similar to that. During the dust bowl Oklahomans migrated to California to work cause there was nothing here for them to do.       Hi Vicky, Thanks for your comment. Tho' we are living in Ukraine now, we are from Oklahoma(OKC) so I know this history. My great grandfather was in the land rush of "89. Blessings...
