Ok, now that I know the age range, I'll get you something more age appropriate. In the meantime, try cutting shapes out of half a potato and let them stamp with those on bags. You'll need any kind of paint, I recommend tempera (very washable and won't ruin clothes), and a flat plate to pour it into. Don't mix too thin if you buy powdered variety..
